I have mentioned this resource several times as it has so many AWESOME ideas to keep you and your family active, strong and healthy! 

How it works:

1) Register your family with an email and receive the "Holiday Fun Pack"! (use the link above)

What this includes:
  • You will have BOKS BURSTS (5-10 minute activity breaks)
  • BOKS lessons with 30 minute fun interactive lessons with warmups, skill work, games and video links
  • Crafts
  • Games
  • Recipes
  • Calendar template to track your "summer movement"
Benefits of the program:
  • Ideas for kids to play and have fun
  • Gets kids meeting daily recommended physical activity of 60 minutes.

Active For Life
